- Booking Confirmation:
- All bookings are considered provisional until full payment is received and confirmed by African Vibe Tours.
- Payment Policy:
- Payment must be made in full to secure a booking.
- Payments are accepted via [cash, mobile transfer, bank transfer or credit cards].
- In the case of late payments, African Vibe Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the departure date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 6 days to 3 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 days before the departure date.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 days from the date of cancellation.
- Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made 2 days or more before the original departure date.
- A rescheduling fee of $6 may apply.
- Passenger Information:
- Accurate and complete passenger information, including names and contact details, must be provided during the booking process.
- Changes to passenger information may be subject to an administration fee.
- Bus Departure:
- Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- African Vibe Tours reserves the right to depart on time, and no refunds will be provided for late arrivals.
- Conduct Onboard:
- Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, the tour guide, and the bus crew.
- Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the bus without refund.
- Responsibility and Liability:
- African Vibe Tours is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
- While all precautions are taken, African Vibe Tours is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or medical expenses incurred during the journey.
- Force Majeure:
- African Vibe Tours reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter the route in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or safety concerns.
- Acceptance of Terms:
- By completing the booking process, passengers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
